Montessori Children's Garden offers several extracurricular programs to enrich your child's day. Collaborating with experts in each area, MCG is proud to have a long-standing relationship with Excel Gymnastics, Kickers Soccer Club and Kindermusik.
Excel Gymnastics
Partnering with Rob Brown, from Excel Gymnastics, for over 14 years, MCG is proud to be part of a team of talented athletes demonstrating the basics of gymnastics to young children. Children develop gross motor, coordination and concentration working with Coach Doug and Coach Rob. They have fun with a ton of movement. Students enrolled are ALWAYS excited to jump, flip and tumble during gymnastics!
Kickers Soccer Club
The soccer experts at Kickers Soccer Club join us throughout the year for sessions that teach the fundamentals of the sport. Kickers brings their professional coaching expertise and begins at the ground level kicking, passing, dribbling and of course, have fun along the way. Coach Nick leads the sessions with a talent for teaching young children soccer skills through various games. Kickers Soccer Club has a strong reputation in the Fox Valley area for leading the way in providing innovative programs for developing young soccer players. Montessori Children's Garden is happy to work with Kickers to provide this opportunity right in MCG's back yard!
Kindermusik
Miss Joan brings her love for music to MCG and our children by offering several levels of the Kindermusik curriculum. From our young two-year olds to elementary students, children clap, dance and sing to the many rhythms of music. Children learn to express themselves through song and lots of laughter. We are excited to be working with Miss Joan and her many years of experience she brings to the music at MCG.
