CAREERS AT MCG
Help Children Grow.
Grow With Them.
Montessori Children’s Garden is a small, tight-knit community where teachers are supported, families are partners, and every child is guided with care. If you want to invest in the education of young people and grow within the field, we’d love to meet you!
Join the MCG Team
Teachers are a top priority for us at MCG. We are passionate about having a solid team of teachers who are committed to the Montessori philosophy, respect for the child, and a prepared, safe environment where students can be independent and thrive. We build that team by investing in people who want to learn, grow, and make a lasting difference. Many of our teachers have been part of our team for 10-15 years or more.
