Montessori Teachers Assistant

Montessori Children’s Garden (MCG) is a small, tight-knit community of about 70 students ages 2-6 years. We build relationships with our students and invest in our families to prepare the child for life. Our staff is genuinely driven to partner with families and guide each child so they thrive with confidence. This is all possible due to a mutual effort to create an environment that is loving, peaceful, encouraging, and supportive.

We’re looking for a new team member to embrace the Montessori philosophy and help guide students in their learning, both by assisting lead teachers and by filling in as a substitute teacher when needed.

We want to invest in a team member who is passionate about the education of young people and has long-term aspirations to grow within the education field. This role is a float position, so our ideal candidate has the confidence to jump into any classroom, help in our afternoon class, a nap room, close, and cook in the kitchen.
